In this video we are going to do an ADVANCED workout for our 2nd HIIT Abs series. This is the 3rd abs workout of the 2nd series and this one is sure to help you achieve the six pack abs and obliques you’ve always wanted. This can be done at the gym or as a home workout. This HIIT workout routine is designed to work the abs from all angles, and can be done by men and women. Training the abs like this is perfect for somebody how is looking for a low impact HIIT workout.
