As request of many of my subscribers regarding strengthening the core front and back, here a series of 7 great exercises to get you strong.
The main goal is to isolate your lower and lumbar area, to achieve this we will use a 90 degrees hold, doing this we engage the back muscles that will stop our body from swinging unnecessarily, this will help for a better result and complete workout of the core area.

2. LEG SWITCHES
3. WAX IN WAX OFF
4. GRASS CUTTERS
5. MONK RAISES
6. L SIT RAISES
7. PULL OVERS
Try doing them as a circle, start with one round and eventually you can add 2 o 3 rounds of everything.
